How to get from Edinburgh Festival Camping to The Mela
The Mela is on Leith Links with the main entrance just off Duncan Place, by the children’s play area. Postcode EH6 8HW.

No 21 goes straight to the Leith Links , the other routes are just a few minutes walk.

You can take Edinburgh’s tramline – direct from Ingliston Park & Ride (if driving from EFC) , or from the Airport stop (if walking from EFC), to St Andrews Square or Princes Street , from there you can catch the 25 bus direct to Leith Links. Trams run from 6.15am heading into the city, with the last tram returning from the city at 11.30pm.
Trams Run every 8 – 10 minutes Monday to Saturday & every 12 – 15 minutes on a Sunday.
By Car: via Glasgow Rd/A836 min 10.0 miles 25 min without traffic
Parking around the Mela site is limited. As part of their commitment to Greening the Mela, you are encouraged to consider taking sustainable transport to this year’s festival.
