When you make a Reservation through the Website

When you make a Reservation through the Website this is via our secure booking agent, Inn Style. Your personal information is used to complete the Reservation. The details we collect from you will include your name, address, email address, and phone number.

 

To ensure that we can fulfil the Reservation in accordance with the Contract for Accommodation, Inn Style shares your personal information with Edinburgh Festival Camping with whom you have made the Reservation.

 

We need to process your personal information in this way to ensure that we able to perform their obligations under the Contract for Accommodation.

 

 

When you phone us, write to us (by email or post) or use our website chat service

When you contact us (e.g. by phone, email, post or through our website chat service) with general or specific queries, we may also handle your personal information (your name, contact details and the other details you provide to us) in order to provide the customer services you have asked us to. This could be when you ask us to provide more information about our campsite or a Reservation, or to explain something you would like to know.

  • We will also disclose personal information if we are under a duty or are required by law or regulation to disclose or share your personal data.

  • we are handling your personal information based on our legitimate interests (as described in the “How do you use my data” section above).
