Some camp site rules:
Wrist bands will be provided and secured to your wrist. These are not transferable. No entry without a valid wristband for an area will be permitted.
No entry to the site will be permitted prior to the initial check in time unless previously arranged.
Campers arriving after 10pm may need to check in with security so may not be given full facility information. Late arrivals are asked to please pitch tents with respect and consideration to other campers. Assistance will not be available. Torches will be required.
No vehicles are permitted to enter the standard camping or pre pitched camping areas except to drop off or collect camping kit at the beginning or end of a stay.
The car park is designed for parking of cars, or a small van that fits into a standard size car parking space. Larger vehicles may not be permitted to be parked. Cars are left in the car park at the owner’s risk.
No sleeping in Vans or Cars in the car park is permitted.
Blue Badge holders who have not purchased a Meadow pitch will be able to use the designated Blue Badge holder parking area by our main entrance. You are requested to inform us if you are a blue badge holder for a space to be reserved for you.
Pitch spaces are not allocated, and so are available on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee you are able to save a pitch for others to join you pitching later.
Motorhome/Caravan Pitches are 8m by 8m. Awnings, Gazebos & Pup Tents are permitted however all of what you bring and erect must be able to fit into your pitch size. Should you require a larger space you would need to purchase 2 Motorhome/Caravan pitches. Standard Camping pitches are not set sizes or allocated spaces, however we do request you to pitch your tents with consideration of others and leave a gap of 1 metre between tents. Please do not take up more space than you need. If we do consider you are taking up more space than you reasonably need for your group, or pitch in an area you should not be in we will ask you to re-pitch your tent.
Dogs are allowed but only if well behaved and kept on a lead. We do not allow dogs listed on the Dangerous Dogs Act.
No illegal substances are permitted to be brought into the camp site – you may be searched and may be arrested should these be found.
Guests are asked to be responsible with any glass bottles that are brought onto site – we do have children running around and campers are asked to respect that broken glass is a danger to both children and others.
Generators are not permitted to be brought onto the site.
You are requested to respect your neighbours whilst camping with us. Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated and in the event of antisocial behaviour you will be removed from site without refund.
We have a quiet policy after 11pm which you are requested to take note of.
Please ensure your party knows where the first aid point/lost child point is and how to request help ( contact a steward).
To keep yourself and all campers safe, No Open Fires or Fireworks are permitted on site. Disposable bbqs are allowed but must be raised off the ground. Please ensure your party all know where the fire point is. Used BBQs must NOT be stored in tents due to the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Please respect the fire safety rules.
In the event of needing emergency medical assistance, or any help at any time please contact any steward, or security staff who are able to radio colleagues for assistance.
Campers are requested to leave the site by the check out time given.
Should a camper not respect and adhere to campsite rules we reserve the right to evict a camper/campers without refund.
